Important update: lube supply for C-Scheme / free condom scheme partners
Due to ongoing supply shortages, we're not currently able to provide lube as a standard item with all orders.

During this period, we will prioritise distributing lube to services supporting men who have sex with men and those at higher risk of poorer sexual health outcomes.

If your service requires lube, please add a request in the notes section at the end of the order form, including how many sachets you need (up to 1 box per order). We'll do our best to fulfil requests based on available stock and level of need.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We'll add lube back into the standard order form as soon as supplies improve.

About you

We are happy to supply condoms by post to anyone who is 13 to 15 years old, but first we need to have a confidential chat to ensure your safety. Add your phone number when prompted to do so and we will contact you before we send your order.

We will call you three times for a confidential conversation. If we don't get hold of you, we will close your order. We will not text you (unless you text us) - this is to protect your confidentiality. If you want to reorder, please do so through our portal.

If you’re aged between 13 and 24, you can sign up for a C-Scheme card which gives you access to free condoms and lube from our website, clinics or other C-Scheme community settings
